He made excellent suggestions for other services needed (part of 60,000 mile services) and collaborated with me on getting that done as well. I developed a cracked windshield on my way home and he then proceeded to set that up along with my insurance and a mobile glass repair. My highest recommendation for communication, follow-up and collaborating with me for the best service and use of time and money. More

He helped with explaining the service needs of my vehicle and what needed to be done, and what could be completed later. The service writers do a complete walk around with the owner of the vehicle to see what damage if any, there is before the vehicle moves off the service drive. The last dealership I used in OK did not do this, so it was a pleasant surprise that this was done. When I received the car back, Larry was sure to see me off, and thanked me for the visit. I will be back to this dealership in the future for all of the work. More
