#1. Because of the experience I had with the financial dept. (I broght check for full amount from my bank.)the clerk was not only not sympathic, but rude. Said she had just got the paper work 5 minutes ago and I watched her and saw the information go to her 10 minutes earlier. #2. The wrong information was sent to my bank and so the check for the total amount of the car was $495. over. Bought car on the 9th-didn't get the check until the 18th and that was after I called and insisted I pick it up rather than have it mailed as I requested in the first place. The check was dated 10/12/2010. #3. I took me driving 2 cars and 10 minutes to decide of what I wanted to buy. It was 2 1/2 hours after that before I could leave. More

Anthony went out of his way and tryed several different avenues to get me financed. and with my terrible credit it was not an easy task to accomplish. Joey was very friendly without being pushy. Helpful in the process of purchase. Took a lot of time differentiating between choices of vehicles to help us make our choice. When we told him that wasn't necessary, he made sure our car was kept safe until we could pick it up the next day. He went through the new truck with us and explained everything we needed to know. What he wasn't sure about he said he would find out. When we returned the next day to pick up our car, he had researched all the questions we had asked the previous night. Since we were in a rush and didn't have time to go over those answers, he offered to email us the info and then go over that info when we come back in for the additional work we were having done. He couldn't have been a better salesman and we had been to quite a few chevy dealerships before we got to Courtesy. We felt beat up and bullied by the time we arrived and Joey was a pleasant change. Also, George, the manager who came to talk to us was helpful and supportive. Chris, the finance manager couldn't have been nicer. All and all, we would definitely recommend Courtesy Chevrolet. Tim has always treated me with the utmost respect and he is engaging in attitude and listens really well!. Tim is able to translate my non-car jargon to symptoms that make sense -- what bump -- what squeak. I truly believe that Tim cares.
