The service team did a great job yesterday.. however, it has been an adventure getting here. I ordered my parts to be installed online through the GM accessories website in December 3rd, 2021. I had checked on the order status ever week since there was no communication to where my product was. Jan. 6th 2021, I had an appointment to install the parts I ordered back in December. I was assured all parts were in, inventoried and ready to be installed. On Jan 6th, I dropped off my truck at 7AM and received a call at 4PM saying we don't have all the parts needed for the install. The main part missing was an amplifier and wire harness..pretty big things. I had to pickup the truck with no installed stereo. Parts were reordered and eventually re-scheduled for install yesterday and completed yesterday. Last week I was assured the parts reordered and received had been inventoried. On arrival, I had asked the parts department if I could see my package of parts. To our surprise, it was still factory sealed. People kept on telling me the parts box was inventoried, but no one ever opened the package. I am very satisfied at the courtesy I was shown by Rafael the service advisor and the quality work the technician did yesterday but disappointed with the entire process.. I have lost many hours of work to get to this point. I would be great-full if I could have at least a 10 percent product discount credited back to my credit card. More
Well...where do I begin. My service manager Zach clearly helped me along with my near disaster of a problem with my certified car a 2017 Chevy Cruze. Left it in the capable hands of Zach and his guys for 3 helped me along with my near disaster of a problem with my certified car a 2017 Chevy Cruze. Left it in the capable hands of Zach and his guys for 3 weeks (supply chain issue) until the parts came in. Found the problem and more problems (lucky the more problems were covered under warranty) and drove off with a almost new car. Without Zach's knowledge and his hard work, the job would have cost me $$$$. Thank You Zach for working with and for me. More
