Thanks for your very late response sir… The maintenance at that office in mission valley needs to be retrained or replaced. I am not longer going to take my car to that place. Moreover, I’ve never felt so frustrated and ashamed about the treatment and the disregard from a company as I felt with yours at that location. Disrespectful it’s just the base of it all. There are lots more adjectives I could use and all true…
