I had an appointment it took over 10 minutes for someone to approach me service advisor walking by not one said anything to me. Taylor was the friendliest advisor I have come across in my 4years dealing with this dealership, Poor service called and texted to be picked up when my car was ready I had to trouble my elderly mother to take me to go pick up my car. You can no longer cash out at the cashiers area now you have to have service advisor take care of that which takes focus off of them to provide the best service and takes time. I thought I was there for an oil change and tire rotation turns out I needed a 20k service on the vehicle I was not prepared nor was I aware. No guidance on what services you need per mileage like I had when I purchased my mustang and benz truck. just over it!! More
They took my new C8 out on a ride and I received an On-Star report of 4 Hard Accelerations with-in 3 minutes and 3 miles. When I confronted the service manager over the phone he denied it and started belittling me so I sent him the screen shot of the report and told him we will check the PDR when I pick up the car. When I arrived I had discovered they erased the recordings. I have the entire thing on video including the service advisors admitting it was erased. They also returned my car absolutely filthy with scuff marks inside the door and on the door panel. Keep in mind it a brand new C8 3LT convertible. I will NEVER use this dealership again. Think about the vehicles without a recording device and On-star. How many are they taking advantage of and possibly causing damage to. More
To be honest, the experience was down to earth and the sales team, finance team made the car buying experience about as stress free as it can get. The sales manager Sergio was a complete jerk I put a $500 deposit down on a truck to order it exactly as I wanted, and then painted patiently for 12 weeks for it to arrive. Chad, the salesman called me at around 2:30 PM on Saturday June 25th to tell me my truck was being unloaded right then and asked when I would like to come in. I told him Monday around lunchtime would be great for me and he he agreed that would be fine. Shortly after 3 PM on saturday the 25, Sergio called and demanded I come in to have the truck under contract before the end of the day Sunday. He didn't ask, he demanded. And suggested he might sell the truck to someone else if I didn't come in. I didn't have a problem coming in, but it would be nice to be asked, not told. And I didn't like him threatening to sell the truck to someone else if I didn't come in essentially withing 24 hours on a weekend, on a truck I paid a $500 deposit on and patiently waited for. I came in on Sunday afternoon and bought the truck. About 10 minutes later, I got a call from salesman Chad, and he asked me to come back because the finance guy made a mistake. I asked what it was, but he said he didn't know, and I returned to the dealership. At that point I met Sergio in person for the first time. He essentially told me how they messed up and they accidentally sold me the truck for less than they intended to, and that they wanted to redo the paperwork ( I already had an executed contract and took possession of the truck at this point). Since this was my first time meeting him, I told him how he really pissed me off the day before DEMANDING that I come in, etc. He did not apologize, but explained to me WHY he demanded that I come in within 24 hours. I told him " no, that's BS. I waited patiently for 12 weeks, and I didn't mind coming in. But would like to be asked, not told to come in, and I didn't like the subtle threat to sell the truck to someone else if I didn't rush to the dealership, and that's not how professional people act" Sergio AGAIN reiterated WHY he demanded I come in. All the dude had to do was to not be a jerk, and I might have worked something out with him. But he couldn't help it. He treats his customers like garbage. One day the car sales world will be more competitive again, and you guys won't be able to treat customers this way. The crazy thing is you have to sign a piece of paper that says once you sign and drive, the vehicle is yours, with no cooling off period. Yet they tried to get me to come back afterward, as if there is a cooling of period for the dealer. I won't be returning to Courtesy Chevrolet. Chad was great. Sergio stinks More
