Following up on my last review - just picked up my second vehicle which again came way earlier than expected which was awesome. Kris and Earnie did a great job again getting things taken care of. I had a bus vehicle which again came way earlier than expected which was awesome. Kris and Earnie did a great job again getting things taken care of. I had a busy day so Kris got it all prepped while I was away and forwarded the info to the finance department for a quicker turn around. They left me the keys and I came by after hours to pick it up which was convenient. Earnie was still there just after closing and came out to be sure all was good to go. Ernie is a liar and runs credit and personal information without permission of the customer! Stay away from this dealership at all costs they do not care about you! The only great and honest sales employee was Carlos, he tried his best to sell me the specific vehicle that I wanted but unfortunately the car was sold to someone else when we were already first in line and had a signed agreement already to purchase the car. I had a check in hand for the full amount of the car and Ernie still decided to commit a crime and ran my credit without my permission, and then used the information against me to not sell me the car and gave it to someone else. Unprofessional and horrible employee he is. More
