My wife took her Silverado for an oil change and the tech slashed the passenger tire. The service rep Frankie mentioned they would replace the tire and also provide a complementary alignment, which he later slashed the passenger tire. At the end of the service he mentioned the truck would stay the rest of the day and will need to be picked up the following day. He provided a Lyft for my wife but he sent her to Eastlake instead of our home in National City. All around bad customer service. I purchased two vehicles from here and will never be returning for a sale or service. More
