GM not offering courtesy vehicles to customers is not okay, after $4200 in repairs and without a courtesy vehicle during that time was wrong. The dealership should take better care of their customers since we’re paying a higher premium in repair cost, especially when GM specifically makes their vehicles to require “special tools” which only a dealer has access to. GM is monopolizing repair cost and taking away courtesy vehicles is unethical. Again I’m okay paying a higher premium as long as I am taken care of by GM and that was not the case, it caused me a major inconvenience and now knowing that GM does not offer vehicles to their customers I will be selling my Chevy so I never go through this again. Every maker offer courtesy vehicles and I will fell more secure purchasing a different vehicle so I don’t have to endure this hardship again. Also to add more insult to injury my vehicle was also had repairs during this time due to a recall. GM messes up and has a recall and I’m still without a courtesy vehicle? Doesn’t make sense. This is my first and last Chevy I’ll ever own due to this experience. More
