Brad contacted us after we put in a request through USAA for a Chevy Traverse. After looking at all the option that we had, we chose to go to Courtesy Chevrolet. We went in with 3 MUST and he found them all in a car for us. Unfortuantely, not in anyway Brad's fault, the car took longer to get to us than expected. But Brad called us regularly to keep us informed on when it would be there and to apologize for it taking so long. He even had the manager call just so we knew everyone was on top of it.
