When Dee Dee arrived, she was very friendly, down-to-earth, explaining everything thoroughly, answering questions, and guiding us through the process. Audrey was extremely helpful from the moment I got to Courtesy Chevrolet to look at the available used vehicles. Larry Cook is the nicest services rep. I have met. He has a great sense of humor. Once he found a dead rat in one of my hub caps and told me it didn't survice the ride. I have gone back a couple times in the last week for them to take care of little things on the car and they have done so with no quarrels.
