As we all know in the world of sales. A Sales person in a dealer is just like a fake antique. It looks good but in the end the truth comes out (ITS FAKE). I was promised a $25.00 gift card to apple bees by steve cox just for coming in to test drive a vehicle (NEVER GOT - TOTALLY FAKE), special finance Carlos Alvarado told me one price for the vehicle and never bothered in contacting me that it would be a different price, instead he just said it was approved and paperwork would be ready for me to sign and come in and sign the papaerwork, it will be left in the front counter for signature since he had some type of family emergency and could not finish my paperwork which was handed to a sales guy wich told me where to sign and did not have a clue of explaining what each paperwork meant and that carlos would take care of the paperwork with me the next day. I was concerned because I knew the vehicle had a couple of minor details and missing jack, lug nut remover, spare tire and some other minor details. I was convinced to sign all documents without Carlos Alvarado present and I ended up with no help from Ted Fregoso, He said he had proof of my signatures in paper and thats all, They don't owe me nothing. I know I was at fault for falling to sign these documents being a business owner, but took the word of Carlos Alvarado and their team. Its a learning experience, I am not saying that the car I bought is bad, but there service and hungry ways of making money was the principle factor in this deal. Mr Ted Fregoso seemed more anxious in leaving for his 2 week trip than to really help and make a customer happy. I have a 21 yr son and a 23 yr daughter looking for a car right now.....Hell no, I will make sure I guide my kids and any friends looking for a car different direction..Its the last time I ever buy a car at this so called delear Courtesy Chevrolet. The personnel at Courtesy Chevrolet San Diego were very helpful. We told them what we were interested in, they let us test drive the model we wanted, but it had too many options for our budget. So they located another car at another dealer and had it for us the next day. We drove that and bought it. They gave us a discount off the window price and we negotiated a little more for our trade-in. Ed Valadez was very helpful and very pleasant. I can actually say that we had a good time while we were there. Have been back to have a paint enhancer and fabric protectant done. Service department gave me a ride home. They were very couteous and had the car ready when they promised. Never had an easier time buying a car. More

He explained the problem the mechanics had found, and told me they would need to keep the car to take car of it. i must have groaned out loud, because I need my car for work, but he arranged for me to get a rental car and took care of everything. My car was fixed and delivered washed and shiny, ahead of schedule. I was very impressed that Rafael was able to keep track of several things at once, and in both Spanish and English. I don't know Mr. Ramirez, but I am gald to have met him and I'm sure Courtesy is happy to have him in their employ. More
I just moved to this area and was not sure what kind of car I was looking for, Rob and Joe made me feel very comfortable and I was confident with them helping me. I bought a jeep liberty and am extremely happy with it and since then Joe has followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. I reccommend this dealership to everyone! :-) More
This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales man Joe was very nice and asked me what I was looking for when we first walked in. After he showed me the Sonic and the Spark Rob gave us the prices of the cars and we decided to go with the spark as it was more in our price range. As soon as we made our choice there was no talk of any other cars. Rob gave me the first offer and I came back with my offer and after all was agreed upon I drove off in my new Chevy Spark. Took our 2010 Equinox in for 50,000 mile service. Raphael outlined our options, gave us his recomendations, and let us deciede on the service level we wanted. I was picked up by the courtesy shuttle and driven to the dealership to pick up the car. The shuttle driver (Anthony) was friendly and a safe driver. Upon picking up the car, it was returned washed and clean inside. Almost no waiting for the car after the bill was settled. Overall I continue to be happy with the service provided by Courtesy Chevrolet, and MY service advisor Raphael. More
