Will never go back I bought a new car from this dealership. I took it in for service a few months ago and they told me that it did not have enough miles yet and to come I bought a new car from this dealership. I took it in for service a few months ago and they told me that it did not have enough miles yet and to come back later. Around the same time they did a "recall" on the water pump but instead of having people come in to fix the problem, they just extended the warranty and waited for cars (including mine) to overheat and require immediate service. Despite this being a KNOWN failure, they took a full day to even look at my car and then tried to upcharge me on a bunch of other allegedly related issues that happened to be just past warranty. The simple repair that was known and covered and should have taken an hour or so ended up taking FOUR DAYS and numerous phone calls, all of which time I had no car and was not offered a loaner. Terrible service. Scam artists. Do not buy a car from here or take it there. More

Flat tire I had a nail in my tire and I was expecting to pay for a new tire. Larry asked me if it was able to be patched? I didn’t think of having it patched and honestly, I truly believe that any other dealership/shop wouldn’t have even suggested a patch and would have just made me pay $300+ for a new tire. I appreciate Larry and I always go to him for all things for my vehicle. He actually cares about the customers!!! He saved my tire and saved me some money!!! More
