2nd worst car buying experience I had an online car buying service setup a appointment for an already discounted price per the service. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told my I had an online car buying service setup a appointment for an already discounted price per the service. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told my salesman was over booked and another person would help me. Not a big deal really. I told my sales person I had an pre-negotiated price which he was unaware of and forgot right away. Upon seeing my vehicle and test driving it I was informed that there were "Standard Upgrades" add to all the vehicles, these amenities were not cheap. Upon discussing my trade-in and vehicle cost I noticed the price for my vehicle was not the agreed pricing I had a certificate for. I showed the certificate and pricing which was just a small discount but it all helps. It took 4 rounds of pricing adjustments to get the my trade-in value where I wanted it and the "Standard upgrades" removed, but the discount was not there still. When I asked them to fix the discount price which they did but at the same time they dropped the trade-in value back were we started. This was again the old car sales routine that everyone hates ..... I have bought other cars but from other dealer ships with the same online car buying service which went very smooth and no problems but not here. More
