Major headaches with back to back services I had some work done over a period of a few days, costing six hundred dollars (oil change, tire rotation, solenoid replacement). Upon receiving my car I had some work done over a period of a few days, costing six hundred dollars (oil change, tire rotation, solenoid replacement). Upon receiving my car, I noticed a grinding metal sound anytime I would come to a rolling stop. I brought it back shortly thereafter to see if it was possibly due to a mishap from the previous maintenance. The vehicle turned out to also need major brake work, totaling $1200 according to the mechanics. Obviously you need to get repairs done asap, especially when brakes are involved. Except if these were truly major, necessary brake issues, how did nobody notice anything wrong from the previous visit? On my repair invoice, the car's bill of health (so to speak) had indicated that all of the brakes were in the green and therefore satisfactory. Didn't anyone properly check things, or were the green marks for show only? I'll be happy to include a screenshot of that paperwork if anyone cares to see it. The whole situation has left me a bit angry, especially considering the fact that I needed to come in twice in two weeks and that I ended up spending nearly $2000. At the very least this all should have been done in one trip to save everyone a lot of hassle. More

They would not negotiate the price at all. They did give a good value to the trade but the only reason we had equity was due to our trade equity. No help in price/ sale amount. The sales person Dustin Lopez was very nice. The sales person was not very friendly . I think his name was Joe (?) More
