bad experience Not happy at all with the service. My truck stalled after had the service done I had to figure that out on my own how to correct the problem. Im upset Not happy at all with the service. My truck stalled after had the service done I had to figure that out on my own how to correct the problem. Im upset since its a brand new truck, paying a lot of money to get the service done and going with the "experts" to get my vehicle maintenance done and was not right. Also they tried to get me to buy new wipers "cause they where not good anymore" That got me even more upset since I change myself the wipers 3 months before and they are brand new, haven't had an issue with them. I was so disappointed cause in the future I will question everything they are telling it's wrong my truck or might just stop doing business with Courtesy Chevrolet at all. Awesome service! I brought my truck in for a warranty repair, Larry in service took care of me got me in a loaner car & I was off to work. When I picked up my truck I brought my truck in for a warranty repair, Larry in service took care of me got me in a loaner car & I was off to work. When I picked up my truck it was washed and clean, I have never got this good of service at any other dealer.
