Courtesy? I didn’t get to finalize the deal that was already agreed upon with the finance manager in a timely manner. I had to nearly wait for two hours to get I didn’t get to finalize the deal that was already agreed upon with the finance manager in a timely manner. I had to nearly wait for two hours to get to the finance office to fill spit paperwork to complete the sale of a car I was paying cash for in full. The paperwork process took less than 10 minutes when I finally met with the finance manager, but that was only after I was told by a sales representative that I needed to be patient and that waiting is what it is, and was made to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the finance manager who had nobody in his office the three times we checked in a 45 minute span of time, I then got fed up with the sales representatives vague answers and one of his managers was very short and rude with me when I simply asked why I was being left in the dark. I stated that I was waiting and that no customers were in the finance offices and that I wanted an actual reason as to why I was being made to wait so long. I was was then told that right at that moment the finance manager was available. The finance manager kept making jokes about being quick to sign paperwork since I was in a hurry and that he was trying to be fast. I made sure I read every single paper I signed. I don’t appreciate crass and sarcastic remarks when I am doing business. People in a professional business setting need to conduct themselves in a professional manner. I have had family purchase a car from Marvin K Brown Cadillac across the freeway and hey had us in an out in 30 minutes. I also was with family at the Mini dealership in Kearny Mesa buying a new car and out the door 30 minutes. Where is the Courtesy in Courtesy Chevrolet? They are now at the bottom of my list of dealerships I will do business with in the future. I’ve had better, faster, friendlier car buying experiences from the aforementioned dealerships and at small privately owned dealerships in National City and El Cajon. More
