Misleading Service I was called and emailed by the service dept. and Taylor told me that my wife had bought the 3-pack oil change package and wanted to know if I wanted I was called and emailed by the service dept. and Taylor told me that my wife had bought the 3-pack oil change package and wanted to know if I wanted to come in to use my 2nd oil change. I asked twice to make sure that I bought the package and I wouldn’t owe anything after the service was completed. She also said tire rotation was free. I brought my car in to my appointment and the woman working the service desk told me that I didn’t buy the package and that tire rotation was extra. I asked her if she was sure. She confirmed that so I ordered the oil change anyways. Once the service was finished, my car sat in front of me for over 30 minutes while they “waited for paper work”. When the papers were finally finished, the woman at the service desk told me that my timing chain cover was “puking oil”. I drove home, checked my driveway which is void of any oil stains, then checked the timing chain cover and saw that it is slightly seeping oil. What’s going on at Courtesy? I’ve never had this kind of experience. More

Great service and understanding I dropped my car off in the morning, and little did I know that I would be in the hospital with my son within the next two hours. My service provider I dropped my car off in the morning, and little did I know that I would be in the hospital with my son within the next two hours. My service provider was very understanding and me not picking up my car that day, he tried to get me a rental car which was very gracious, but we were still in crisis and I was unable to leave his bedside. What’s my son was released, I was able to pick up my car. Rafael kept me informed and also was wishing me the best throughout the three days. THIS is customer service! More
