Holidays delay Had to bring car back for same coolant leak problem a month later. The Holiday and vacation of service rep resulted in needing a rental car for a week Had to bring car back for same coolant leak problem a month later. The Holiday and vacation of service rep resulted in needing a rental car for a week instead of the day I expected. Service reps need to improve communication when passing off customers to another due to vacations. Finding a transmission leak and contacting me (as expected) should not have stopped mechanics from finding the coolant leak. I told the service rep to have them search again for the coolant leak, they found it a day later. It took 7 day to replace the water pump, although that included a holiday and a weekend. It was covered under warranty, so that was great! It helped to make up for paying for the rental car. More
