I received a text after leaving the dealer with an advisors name and phone number saying to contact me off I have any questions. I texted that number that they texted to me back twice asking for the s advisors name and phone number saying to contact me off I have any questions. I texted that number that they texted to me back twice asking for the status of my vehicle and I got a phone call from Raphael who was mad asking why am I texting this number, I said , this is the number that was sent to my phone by courtesy. So now, After taking a week on what should have been a 1 day repair, I picked up my vehicle that now has body damage. I asked my adviser for his card and the card of the service manager and they couldn’t find one??? Now I have to get that repaired, causing me more time and money lost due to this dealership. Courtesy was not courteous, find another dealership to take your vehicle too!!! More

Brand new 2023 Silverado Diesel has an obnoxiously loud rattling coming from the exhaust, and rear of transmission in leaking Fluid from a screw/bolt hole under the driveshaft. Fluid is puddled on transmis rattling coming from the exhaust, and rear of transmission in leaking Fluid from a screw/bolt hole under the driveshaft. Fluid is puddled on transmission pan screws and thrown all around the undercarriage. Spent 60k on this truck with 50 miles on it and after 3 days of calling and leaving messages I can't get anyone to pick up the phone or return a call. Ext. 8077 and 8094. What a joke!! Also, after trading in our 2018 BMW, Chevrolet failed to pay off our car after 30 DAYS, resulting in derogatory marks on our credit from an unpaid auto loan when we've never missed a payment on anything. Nothing but regrets!! More
