Well the service was fast. But the interaction with the service rep was not great. He was friendly but not knowledgeable. Also i was not made aware that my car was ready, i happened to walk by and see it service rep was not great. He was friendly but not knowledgeable. The sales people deserve the stars, however, the business practices are a little presumptuous and aggressive. Most were insignificant to me and that is why I did not want to pay for them and trying to get them reversed was like launching a rocket. One the of the items hadn't even been done to the vehicle and we were going to pay for something that hadn't even been done and I was going to pay almost $500.00 for something that I didn't receive , in other words, ripped off.
