Car I purchased has problems. I bought it two weeks ago and I haven’t been able to drive it. Also they made me purchase options that I did not want to and lied by stating that they were included already in and I haven’t been able to drive it. Also they made me purchase options that I did not want to and lied by stating that they were included already in the vehicle specifically the nitrogen in tires I was told I had to pay 250 for that in addition to another 500 for another item the Jeep already had. That should have been included in the original price. I felt like I was lied to and paid for something just to give somebody a bigger commission More

I felt like because my car was under warranty they did not do anything except anything extra that they could have done like for instance wash my car. Only redeeming quality at Courtesy is Zach. Who seems to be the only service employee who cares about customer and retention. This was our second attempt to right what was wrong with our last visit. Unfortu be the only service employee who cares about customer and retention. This was our second attempt to right what was wrong with our last visit. Unfortunately the second visit failed. We went in for a routine oil change and also informed Zach on arrival that we were receiving a low battery notification. He said they could also check that out after the oil change but it would be extra time. We were okay with that. However after 3 hours of waiting we found out our battery was never check and had been sitting, waiting for a technician to look at it. Zach had asked dispatch multiple times what was going on with our vehicle. We were then informed it would be at least another 1-2 hours. This is completely unacceptable. More
