Then the rear passenger door lacked the retractor to keep it opened when the uber/Lyft passenger was trying to get out. They forgot to tint my back windows. Georgi Radkov was great to work with and he sold us our 2017 Silverado Truck and this current 2019 Traverse. He's very "comfortable" to work with and we appreciate that immensely. Larry Cook is a fantastic service manager and has serviced four of the five vehicles we have purchased from Chevrolet. If it weren't for having to see Larry that particular day, we may not have purchased our new Traverse. We had our Silverado in for its 25,000 service and looked around the lot while we were waiting. We had been thinking of possibly purchasing a new vehicle in the next 6 months and after seeing and test driving the Traverse, we took the leap.
