I dropped off night before and they didn’t start on it until I called to check on it almost 24 hours after appointment. Shame only Cadillac dealer near me. Too bad they can’t keep their own appointments straight, and asks the question why should I get one if they are not going to honor them. I want them to call and ask me about it, but will they never! I received 3 different phone calls aft then being a Cadillac dealership who makes millions let me walk away over trying to make $700 more off of me?! I received 3 different phone calls after the fact and they were still trying to get me to pay above their asking price! Unbelievable and sad they were pretty clear on not wanting to gain a new customer with me. More

I spoke with a Michael and a Matthew and was lead to believe the one suv i emailed about was available. So now I got a response from two people, which was confusing at the beginning. That's the first sign of bad communication within the company. Next we set up an appointment for that evening. So I canceled my carvana buying process. Within a few minutes, I received an email that the vehicle was sold at auction?! The salesman wasn't informed of which vehicles were available and which were not? That's the second lack of communication. Please keep in mind this was all within a short period. Seriously, I'm surprised anything gets done if no one gets updates or communicates as decent, good companies should. I'd like this to be a learning moment, since you know better, DO BETTER! More

I began this journey as a good one while searching for a dependable used vehicle. I found myself in a situation where I needed a vehicle quickly, but one that was of a certain standard and reliability with dependable used vehicle. I found myself in a situation where I needed a vehicle quickly, but one that was of a certain standard and reliability within a certain budget which led me to inquire about a 2016 maxima I found on the courtesy Cadillac lot. Chenell, a saleswoman, reached out to me with a video of the vehicle which I thought was great. All was well and I was excited to meet in person. Upon the day that I was supposed to meet, I was met with a guy that wasn't my original saleswoman that sent me the video. I was told that there must've been some kind of mix up because he (Sean) was now my salesman which was a red flag 🚩with the confusion right off the bat,but I allowed him to continue the tour and test drive. On the drive, I was taken back at the lack of the salesman knowledge of particular vehicle questions I had about basics. It was to the point that I was feeling that I knew more about the vehicle than him. I even made the comment that maybe I should get the commission for selling myself the vehicle. At the end of the test drive I advised my interest in the vehicle and discussed financing options and set for me to return upon approval of credit. I mentioned to the dealer that I had an open auto loan with a minimal amount if about 2000.00 left before pay off, but was told it wouldn't be a problem only to find out that it was an issue after speaking to the finance guy. I was approved for financing contingent upon me trading my current vehicle which was never explained when I inquired about it first. I still wanted to move forward with the deal. I advised Jordan, the finance guy that I wanted to see if I could get a better finance deal than the one offered he agreed to try. This was on a Saturday. I was confident and excited that the deal was coming to a close soon. However I was irritated at the fact that I had to continually reach out to the salesman to try to get updates on the progress of the current terms of my deal because I wasn't being reached out to. I made my last call to the salesman on memorial day and was told that he wasn't sure even still on the exact terms and needed to check with the finance guy (Jordan) for the particulars. The lack of professionalism by this time was unsettling, but I needed a car and I still inspite the xons wanted to end the process and move on with my life. I was called the next day bay Sean the salesman and advised that they were meeting my terms and we could close the deal, but the payment was higher than the previous offer. I asked why this was and was told again that he'd have to get with the finance person to get clarity on the terms. I was asked to come in the next but I advised that I couldn't do to my work schedule. Sean said I would be reached out to.. 2 days went by which I thought was odd.. so I went in after work, waited for almost an hour I was advised by Jordan that the vehicle I thought I was purchasing had just been sold.. His exact words were "Jordan didn't speak eith you? That vehicle was just sold. " I was astonished. So completely taken back that I was never called. Or asked if I was no longer interested,, not advised that they were processing or even entertaining another desl or offers on a. Ar that I've been approved for financing for and in term negotiation with.. especially since I was assured do to little traffic on the car that nothing would be needed to secure the vehicle. I can't express they way I felt as I stood there after waiting almost an hour to hear that my journey that I thought was coming to an end had just been reset!! I was belittled as if I didn't know anything about the sales process of used cars or the current demand within the market today, instead of acknowledging the obvious misconduct , apparent lack of communication and appreciation for **every** customer by the salesman or courtesy Cadillac staff. To have a car sold right our from under me is something that I have never experienced and I purchased new and used vehicles and have never been treated the way I've been treated a courtesy Cadillac. I called to speak with the sales manager Scott , who was very apologetic and assured me that this wasn't their practice and that he'd use this as a coaching opportunity for the future customers to benefit from, but my life, my opportunity to be treated fairly, or experience the great quality standard behind a sales dealership that supposedly prides themselves on customer satisfaction wasn't and will never be had. Unfortunately I will never do business here ever again and will do everything in my power to share this mistreatment in order to help shine a light on the gross customer handling of a business thats more interested in a quick turn of profit than customer satisfaction.
