While the timing of the promotional price was very tight (ended that same day), he patiently explained the details without pressuring me on the deal. After I did some external research and committed to the purchase, Richard expedited completing the transaction, and gave a very informative walk-through on the truck when we arrived at the dealership. Craig was very efficient processing all the financial paperwork, despite the late hour when we were able to get to the lot. I'm very satisfied with the process, especially the fact that the well-appointed truck was ultimately priced less than many comparably-equipped used trucks up to three years old. I've enjoyed the truck so far, and fully expect another 20-year + service life, as I've had with my 1996 Suburban - still going, even if not quite as strong :-). More
