Old bait and switch I was working with Ali from the beginning of my car search. I found a dealership across town with a far better price. I called Ali to see if they coul I was working with Ali from the beginning of my car search. I found a dealership across town with a far better price. I called Ali to see if they could match that price. He said yes we can do that. So I got everyone together to go see the car and test drive the new car that he said he would match the price on. But once we went to go sit down he tried to match the price with a loaner car they had sitting on the lot. He did not lower the price of the new car like he said he would over the phone. He said there is no way that the other dealership could be selling a new car for that price... so I called the other dealership and it was a new car! after talking to some of his colleagues I have found out Ali is known for this. He promises a quote over phone that he can not deliver just to get you back into the dealership. Obvisiouly extremely upset that I wasted my time and was lied too. Trying to insult my intellegance by trying to switch the car at the last second. Will never shop there again and BEWARE OF ALI! Sterotypical car salesman! More
