We are genuinely sorry for the experience you had. When Ali spoke to you over the phone he was instructed that we could match the price. Between the end of that phone call and your visit we found a mistake in our pricing calculation. We dropped the ball by not calling you immediately with these findings. After test-driving the vehicle we explained our pricing mistake and offered the grey, previously a loaner vehicle as an opportunity to meet your price requirement for your next car. We did explain that the loaner vehicle was not a new vehicle or the vehicle you originally inquired about. We did a poor job of communicating our pricing mistake in advance of your visit. This is why you felt misled. We will learn from this experience and will give you a better experience should you ever give us another opportunity.
