I bought my first car from Courtesy in 1990. The service department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! Sandy keeps track of department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! Sandy keeps track of everything the two cars need, and they try to save me money whenever they can. I get a loaner car when I need one, and the cars get washed and vacuumed every time! I will only let Courtesy Acura service my 2008 Acura MDX. Sandy Santori is the best service advisor hands down. I was very impressed with the service I received at Courtesy Acura. I took my car in for an oil change and it was a very quick and friendly process. Matt was super-professional, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. I arrived to pick up my car from the Service department a full half hour after they had already closed (I had not paid attention t way to be helpful. I arrived to pick up my car from the Service department a full half hour after they had already closed (I had not paid attention to their closing time posted on the door) but he was still there and let me in anyway. Most other places I am sure would not have answered the door much less checked out the service ticket after they were closed for the day. I was able to get my car instead of having to wait until the following day. The prices are a bit high compared to the average non-dealer mechanic or quick oil change places, but it is worth the peace of mind knowing they are Acura experts and very committed to quality and customer relations. More
