I have been going to Courtesy Acura since I bought my MDX in 2005 and I have been working with Sandy exclusively for at least the past 4 years. I don't live that far and could have returned easily but he insisted on bringing them to me. He also explains every line item to me until I fully understand what was done with my car. He tells me honestly what needs to be done now and what can wait until my next visit. More

Took my TL in for service on Saturday. Was pleased that they have extended their Saturday hours which makes getting my car serviced more convenient. melinda and matt have both helped me and spent alot of tinme answering all the questions i have had on my new mdx. Have been taking cars to Courtesy over 12years. We have a 2001 CL -GREAT car, but aging, and needs help on occasion. Most recently-the battery was getting weak, and we had a leaking front tire. Lorenzo offered to repair the tire - to see if we could stop the leak. Unfortunately, it kept leaking - and the tires wwere less than a year old. He worked it so that we only had to buy2 new tires. Secondly -when the battery replacement started, we found bad cables. This was unforeseen, and I needed my car....Lorenzo offered a loaner so I would not be carless. I love that they are always willing to help the customer. Secondly -I love the courtesy ride program - they are always there for you - and Chewy remembered me from my last visit -and took me to work without asking directions the second time! Makes you feel pretty good. More

Matt, has always responded to us in a timely manner if and when we needed to leave a message and has always provided great customer service. Thanks Matt and Courtesy Acura for taking care of our MDX but especially, taking care of us. As a bonus, they also have a comfy waiting room with a nice selection of snacks, beverages and big screen t.v to enjoy while being serviced, thanks again..... E Hyman. More
