I took my 01 MDX in to Courtesy Acura on 4/30/12 to have the timing belt done. My experience was stellar for MANY reasons! First, Courtesy Acura was very competitive with respect to price - they beat the the timing belt done. My experience was stellar for MANY reasons! First, Courtesy Acura was very competitive with respect to price - they beat the price of most of the little guys. Second, they work on my type of vehicle all of the time - as such, I had peace of mind knowing that competent mechanics were working on my baby. Third, they gave me a complimentary loaner vehicle and had flexible pick-up/drop-off hours that met my busy needs. Fourth, they didn't try and sell me on the stuff that I don't need - they are a no-nonsense type of service department. Fifth, they gave my MDX a complimentary wash and vacuum! Overall, they have great customer service! What more can you ask for?!?! I will most definitely be going back - even for routine oil changes! More
Outstanding service and follow up from Service Consultant, Rob Heath. Had to have some warranty work done on our TL which merited a multiple day repair job. Rob offered a loaner and when it turned out that an extra day or two was necessary to wait on delivery of parts, he even asked if we wanted to trade up to a nicer model loaner, which was a very nice offer. I have taken my Acura MDX into Courtesy Acura a couple times now for oil changes. Everyone at the Service Center is so friendly. This last time I went in Lorenzo helped me he was quick and efficent and of times now for oil changes. Everyone at the Service Center is so friendly. This last time I went in Lorenzo helped me he was quick and efficent and offered to get me something to drink when I came to drop off the car and arrived to pick it back up. I first visited Courtesy Acura in 2006 when I relocated to Colorado and needed service on my 2004 TL. That is when I first met Sandy Santori. He was and still is an absolute pleasure to work with! When my lease was up and I needed a new car, I went back to Courtesy since I was thrilled with their service. I leased another TL, and then returned to Courtesy to buy my 2007 TL when that lease expired. I still use Courtesy Acura and will continue to use them for service and when I am looking for another new or used car - great service and great people! More
Based on the glowing review of Courtesy Acura on Google, I took my TL in for scheduled service with Michelle today and had a flawless experience. I was greeted promptly and didn’t have to wait at all. Their waiting room was well stocked with free beverages and snacks and the WiFi meant I could keep working while I waited. My car was ready exactly when they said it would and was freshly washed. I’ll definitely be going back for my next service. More
I have been using Courtesy Acura for all of my Acura service needs for years. Sandy has always gone out of his way to fit me in and take care of my needs. I worked with Lorenzo on my last visit and he w service needs for years. Sandy has always gone out of his way to fit me in and take care of my needs. I brought my 2011 MDX in to have the oil changed and the Wheels rotated and make sure everything was working OK. We plan to drive to San Diego the end of the month. 'one of the things that I liked about Coutesy Acura was that Everytime I bring the vehicle in for service, the vehicle is supposed to be washed. The last time I brought the vehicle in for service it was washed and dried to my approval. This time though was truly something else. When I went to get the car from the garageI noticed that the tires had not been dressed (shiney). I was told that they normally do not do that and if I want it done I would need to "ask" for it to be done. This is something that needs to be done to all cars serviced at the dealership. Now for t he problem. When I got home my wife asked me why the car had not been washed? As I walked around the car, I became more and more disappointed. The car was dirty in spots. Water spots all over the car and the wheels basically had not been touched! I had to almost completly re-due the the whole car. As I said, I was very disappointed with the way the car was given back to me. Looked like it was hardly touched. I own an Audi and our VW that we traded in for th e MDX, were always washed completly when we serviced them at a dealership. As you can tell, I am not happy. If this is the way a "washed" caris delivered after service, I will have to re- think the purchase of my next vehicle. Richard Gaynes More
