My Acura seemed to be drawing the battery down resulting in failure to start. I took the vehicle in to Courtesy Acura for service where Mallory ( the service rep.) discussed my starting issue. My car was in the shop most of the day & when I came to pickup the vehicle Michelle went through the entire evaluation process with me and explained the solutions applied to remedy the situation. I just recently started going to Courtesy Acura for my vehicle's service needs and they have earned a customer for life. Their entire staff is professional and goes above and beyond what I have ever seen vehicle's service needs and they have earned a customer for life. Their entire staff is professional and goes above and beyond what I have ever seen. I have myself worked for other dealerships and was impressed with the level of service they provided. They pay attention to the little details as well as make sure your vehicle is taken care of the right way. They do customer service the way it should be, from calling you to update you on status to putting a bottle of cold water in your cup holder when you leave and a chocolate on your console. It's like staying at the Ritz Carlton but for cars. Andy has been great to work with and I never doubted he was on my side, as well as Holly was great when Andy was not available. Even the service porters care, which is hard to find. They even have brought loaner vehicles out to my work and picked up my car when I was having a busy day. You know when everyone cares as much as they do, it comes from the top and how a company is ran. I would and have recommended them to everyone. Their level of customer service is the most impressive I have ever experienced. More

The dealer was horrible to me! They treated me like im an idiot and dont know anything about cars because im a woman. Im disgusted. There is a safety problem and they are refusing to look into it. They analyzed the issue quickly and had ready to go long before I was ready to leave the showroom. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else and after 4 years, I wouldn't take it anywhere else for service. The place has a very friendly environment where all of the employees seem to go out of their way to be cordial and helpful is some form of manner. Acura is a brand that i trust as i owned and traded in a 7 year old TL which in it's life "" NOT EVEN A LIGHT BULB WENT BAD "" 100K miles later it was till running strong... i trade it it for even a better new technology Acura.
