There is no better individual with whom to work than Sandy Santori in the Courtesy service dept. in Littleton, Colorado. I thought he was actually the manager of the whole dept because he treats us, a Sandy Santori in the Courtesy service dept. in Littleton, Colorado. I thought he was actually the manager of the whole dept because he treats us, and our Acura RDX, as family members; as though our satisfaction with the service experience is the most important thing in the week for him. He represents Courtesy in the most diligent way, showing affection for the folks who work with him and genuine concern that his customers trust him and the dealership with their Acura. He treats me, a female with limited knowledge of cars, with the same interest and respect that he treats my husband, who is an architect who can make the rest of us crazy with his attention to detail. But not Sandy. It would be great if he could offer a course to service managers in the other Acura dealerships in the country on the treatment and care of customers. That's why he's the best. More
The service was GREAT again as expected. They provided prompt communication and was excellent again. As usual, excellent customer service and attention to detail. The only slight mar in service this visit, was a delay of about 10 minutes waiting for my service person to check me in and an underestimati detail. (I waited about 40 minutes past the time the job was projected to complete). I recommend Courtesy Acura, however, because their work is excellent and customer service is superior. More
I took my car in for an oil change when the message light came on. I also needed and had performed the rear differential service. Matt was fantastic. He continually following up on the progress of the vehicle. He discovered a scratch on the new headlight lens that was just installed. I Love Courtesy Acura! I purchased my 2013 MDX here at the end of December 2012. I looked online for a few vehicles to compare when purchasing a new car. I was able to print a coupon for $4,500 off on my new MDX and pick everything I wanted. The salespersons were not pushy unlike the Ford dealership that would not show me what I was looking for. I bought tinted windows for my MDX and had to bring the car to the service dept for this. They had a rental waiting for me running with the heater on that morning! The 1st time I took my car in for an oil change I was surprised with a complementary car wash when it was done. I just had my 2nd oil change and again the staff, especially Michelle was very nice and professional! I not only get a oil change I get a free car wash, cold bottle of water, AND a Ghiradelli chocolate in my car! This dealership always goes above and beyond great customer service. Love them! More
I was in the service department to get an oil change and tires rotated. My initial invoice was quoted as being roughtly $75. By the time I left, my bill totalled over $300. The service department went over the additional charges (which I approved - if my vehicle needs the work then it needs the work). However, I was shocked to watch, while in the waiting room, that 90% of the people waiting also had additional costs and issues that needed to be addressed, which increased their invoice. I feel that the service department intentionally tacks on additional work (I have no idea if the car needs the work done or not, that's what the professional dealership should determine). I left Acura feeling taken advantage of, as this has happened to me on three different occassions now. To watch the service representatives sit down with their customers and have the same speech each and every time ("this looks great, this looks good, but we found......") was appalling. When my indicators tell me that service is needed, I'm diligent about taking my vehicle in. I have had four or five different Acura vehicles over the years, so I am aware of the cost in maintaining the car. I am considering taking my business to Mile High Acura. More
