Outstanding Customer Service and Overall Dealer Experience A year ago I purchased a 2014 MDX. Over the past year the support and service from Courtesy Acura was outstanding. Though there were some challenges with this first model year they addressed all of them in time. They were clearly committed to my satisfaction. They honored the warranty without question. The service people were very accommodating. (And it was nice to have a clean car every time I brought it in!) John Weidenaar, the sales person who handled my initial purchase was excellent as well. Knowledgeable. Customer-first attitude. Yet beyond that the whole dealership all the way up to the General Manager have a great attitude about customer service. I strongly recommend Courtesy Acura. (And, by the way, the 2014 MDX is a very nice vehicle.) More

I was frustrated after finding out my newly purchased used car needed new brakes, but Lou Taylor quickly fixed the issue. He went above and beyond my expectations. The dealership got me in the same day I called in, and had it fixed by the next day. Lou Taylor delivered my car to my house the very next day because he knew I was unhappy about the breaks and was hesitant about driving in the snow to pick up my car. He did everything possible to satisfy me! He also provided me with touch up paint I had asked for. Although I was upset my brake pads were worn, Lou took full responsibility and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you! More

I am an ASE certified diesel technician by trade and I have brought concerns about my vehicles to Andy in service that most consumers would not recognize. This dealership has never failed to fix it right the first time. If I ask Andy Fiedler a question and he does not know the answer is straight up tells me" I don't know let me find out " no dancing around the bush. He has earned my trust.
