He takes the time to answer any questions I may have, is always very friendly, professional, and, most importantly, I TRUST him!! I first met Michelle Marquis-Mallory in the service department and have requested her I have been taking my MDX to Courtesy Acura for several years. I first met Michelle Marquis-Mallory in the service department and have requested her ever since. This past week Michelle really went above and beyond for me. She got my car in right away and gave me a loaner. I was able to keep this loaner while my husband and I decided what to have done on our MDX. Michelle was patient through this process and never made us feel rushed. Three days later my car was back good as new. They just have great customer service, quality work and the overall value is hard to beat. My service manager, Stuart Hall, even took the time to figure out which would be the better deal - prorated warranty versus a service coupon - just one of the many service coupons the dealership emails frequently. We recently bought a new home and Leo came out right away to program our garage door My husband and I have two Acuras, both purchased from Courtesy. We recently bought a new home and Leo came out right away to program our garage door openers into our vehicles. They couldn't make it any easier for the customer. Awesome service. Great under pressure We dropped our 2014 MDX off with Michelle in Service for an oil change and to have a few misc items looked at. The service dept was crazy busy, but Michelle took her time with us and we didn't feel hurried. She always take great care of us when we come in for service. I have been a customer of Michelle's for over 4 years and always look forward to seeing her. She is very knowledgable and helpful. She is the reason we upgraded from a 2006 MDX to a 2014 MDX 4 months ago. BEST DECISION EVER!!! We looked at other car brands, but just couldn't beat the personalized service we recieve when we come in for service. More
