Matt was super-professional, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. I arrived to pick up my car from the Service department a full half hour after they had already closed (I had not paid attention t way to be helpful. Most other places I am sure would not have answered the door much less checked out the service ticket after they were closed for the day. I was able to get my car instead of having to wait until the following day. The prices are a bit high compared to the average non-dealer mechanic or quick oil change places, but it is worth the peace of mind knowing they are Acura experts and very committed to quality and customer relations. This is the beginning of the fourteenth year I have been a dedicated customer!!! I live 350 miles away from Courtesy yet I drive there every 3-6 months for service. Of course having an Acura means I have the best car on the road, but knowing it is being taken care of by Courtesy makes me feel reassured that I am safe. More
My Element needed the 50000 mile maintenance performed. In the past all my service has been done at a nearbye Honda dealer. Due to some issues I tried Courtesy as I remember that name from my childhood. I called early in the week and spoke to Michelle in service. She set up the appointment for Friday night drop off. On Friday when I pulled into the Service Dept. Lorenzo met me before I got to the door and took all info. I mentioned that I was walking and he said "no, let me get someone to take you"! THAT is customer Service! TJ came over and waited until we were done with the paper work. When we got to my house he said "when they call tomorrow to let you know your car is ready I'll be here to pick you up in about 20 minutes"! Again, outstanding customer service! My car was to be ready sometime before 1:00PM the next day. When I got home about 30 minutes later Lorenzo called with some info the Technician wanted me to be aware of. They had already started the service as I dropped off my car a bit early. Lorenzo explained the concerns in full detail with no pressure. More
They are always friendly, helpful, and do great work! I get a loaner car when I need one, and they always wash and vacuum my car. Even though my Isuzu is 18 years old, and they are not an Isuzu dealer any more, they take care of it as well as my Acura. They even look for ways to save me money on service. I bought my first Acura there in 1990, and because of the service department, I bought 3 more cars from them. My next car, when I replace the Isuzu, will be an Acura from Courtesy Acura in Littleton. I wouldn't take my Acura anywhere else! I bought my car here used and they have treated me wonderfully from the start of the transaction and even now over a year later.
