I bought my first car from Courtesy in 1990. The service department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! Sandy keeps track of department brings me back. I'm now on my 3rd Acura and 1st Isuzu. They've got the 18-year-old Isuzu running better than ever! Sandy keeps track of everything the two cars need, and they try to save me money whenever they can. I get a loaner car when I need one, and the cars get washed and vacuumed every time! The waiting room is comfortable. I'm a life-time customer because of the service department! More

I will only let Courtesy Acura service my 2008 Acura MDX. Sandy Santori is the best service advisor hands down. Randy, the service manager is awesome, also, as well as Linda, the cashier and Matt, the shop Sandy Santori is the best service advisor hands down. I am now on my 3rd Acura and when it comes time to replace this car, I will probably buy another Acura as long as Courtesy Acura is around. More

Courtesy Acura has a fantastic service department! Your car is always ready when they make a time committment. Their service team do not oversell maintenance items that are not required for your car. This dealership is top notch. I purchased my Acura there 6 years ago and have gone back there for all of my service. They have not missed a thing and I have had no car performance problems at all. I have confidence in my car because they keep it in great shape and prevent any problems. I was very impressed with the service I received at Courtesy Acura. I took my car in for an oil change and it was a very quick and friendly process. Matt was super-professional, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. I arrived to pick up my car from the Service department a full half hour after they had already closed (I had not paid attention t way to be helpful. I arrived to pick up my car from the Service department a full half hour after they had already closed (I had not paid attention to their closing time posted on the door) but he was still there and let me in anyway. Most other places I am sure would not have answered the door much less checked out the service ticket after they were closed for the day. I was able to get my car instead of having to wait until the following day. The prices are a bit high compared to the average non-dealer mechanic or quick oil change places, but it is worth the peace of mind knowing they are Acura experts and very committed to quality and customer relations. This dealership is the only one I will go to for service on my car. They are extremely professional and polite. I can always expect prompt service and excellent work. When there is a concern about what needs to be done, I know that Willie will always be honest and straight with me about the preventative care. I have always followed his advice and thank goodness! This is the beginning of the fourteenth year I have been a dedicated customer!!! I live 350 miles away from Courtesy yet I drive there every 3-6 months for service. Of course having an Acura means I have the best car on the road, but knowing it is being taken care of by Courtesy makes me feel reassured that I am safe. More
