The Service Manager was very helpful in showing me the vehicle computer readings and it was then we determined doing a more thorough service on my vehicle. I appreciate his expertise in helping me with the best course of action. This is a great car. Kevin More

Some places (I've accompanied family/friends to their dealerships) are more.."sterile" and less client oriented. At Courtesy, the waiting room is 'cozy' (for a waiting room). The service is friendly, informative and honest. There's no pressure to get recommended things done; but when it's necessary they tell me. My car is returned to me cleaned (with water and a mint - great touch). I know what matters most is the quality of the work done, not the mints, cookies, fruit, coffee or sodas. I've been taking my current and previous vehicle here over the past 13+ years and always trust the work done. And if I have to wait for my car, these little things make the difference and having informative employees (who are there for years) makes it feel more like family. #197918 More

Christina Maulin was very nice and helpful, and the waiting area was superb, with complimentary coffee (GOOD coffee!), sodas, juice, granola bars, cookies, wi-fi, etc. The work was speedy, and the environment relaxing. This was no surprise since between me and L My wife Lori and I received courteous, thoughtful, accurate and money saving service from this dealership. This was no surprise since between me and Lori, we have purchase five Acura vehicles from Courtesy. The people were great. Our service representative Stuart was exceptional at understanding the problem and communicating our options. Stuart was also sensitive to our budget and when the limit was reached, went the extra mile to fix the solution at the dealer's cost (which is almost unheard of). Because of the treatment we received, and our past experiences with this quality organization and its people, we will be life long customers. They always provide me with a loaner vehicle, which is so helpful with a family to have to run around. I accidentally spilled my coffee while dropping my vehicle off, and not only did they kindly mop it up, but Stuart walked me to the waiting area to make sure I got a new cup of coffee before sending me off! The Courtesy Acura Service Department is always there when I need their help. I had a leaky sunroof and they got me right in the next morning, along with a loaner car, and had my car done in two days. I always leave with a shiny new car due to their detail department. All the service staff is friendly, professional, dependable and informative. I could go on and on but there is a word minimum. I would not take my car anywhere else to have my repair/service done on my car! Thank you Courtesy Acura!! More
