Outstanding Customer Service from Stuart Hall! Customer service is at an all-time high at this location. Just like anyone else I made the mistake of going to Pep Boys a few years ago. They over quoted me on numerous things and made me feel very uncomfortable of the current status my car was in. However after going to courtesy Acura in Littleton all was made right. Stuart Hall in the service department did an outstanding job of taking care of me as well as my vehicle. I couldn't dream of going anywhere else in the future. The knowledge and professionalism at this location is beyond anywhere I've ever done in the past. Because of Stuart Hall I will continue to go to Courtesy Acura for all of my car needs. thank you again Stuart! More

The customer service he provided was professional, understanding, and thorough. I just got my car back from an extensive engine repair that took the better part of a month. Stuart Hall helped me throughout the entire ordeal. He was in constant contact with me and was diligent in dealing with the warranty company. He also made sure he was available if I needed anything or had any issues with the loaner they provided at no cost. Both Matt and Stuart are rock stars and a pleasure to do business with. Tires losing pressure I kept having the tire pressure drop in my rear tires. After checking and the pressure restored, I would have low pressure the next day. Alex Chapman and Sandy Santori worked with me after multiple trips to the service department. Alex was great at finding a very small hole in my tire. He was able to get it patched and I don't have any problems at this time. He did take the time to thoroughly examine the tire and found the leak. I am very thankful to his attention to help me. He verified the rims were fine so the tires sealed properly. This is a 2016 RDX which I love. Just glad there was no major problem. More

She handled the situation like a pro and with a professional friendly caring attitude. Christina checked me in initially and also was very helpful. She was very knowledgable and checked the car to see if the problem was the battery. I had no way to get home and shuttle service was provided. I have been taking my car to Courtesy Acura for many years and it is obvious that the team there takes great pride in their work. It gives me peace of mind to know that if something unexpected happens, the Service Department is available to assist. Thanks again to the team at Courtesy Acura! More

Going beyond My 2015 RDX had an air bag recall. I called Courtesy and spoke with Hollie Walters. I went to the dealership and she explained in full detail of what My 2015 RDX had an air bag recall. I called Courtesy and spoke with Hollie Walters. I went to the dealership and she explained in full detail of what was to be done. I signed an affidavit and was driven to enterprise car rental. I had this rental/loaner for 45 days until my air bag part finally arrived. During this waiting period Hollie would give me and my wife updates and apologies for the delay. Once the parts arrived Hollie called and I turned in the enterprise rental, (that cost me $400 due to hail damage) and drove my car again to Courtesy to meet with Hollie. While I waited for my RDX she came over and calmly explained that while installing the airbag parts and changing the oil they found a small leak in the transmission. She explained that it would take at least 24 hrs and immediately had a loaner for me. Note to Randy Bennet, Service Dir), Hollie is a gem in this short handed service center. Her professionalism and ability to explain in detail kept my anger and $400 disappointment to a manageable level. *There was no charge for my oil change and transmission repair work. More
Service Department I had Hollie as a service adviser, and she was outstanding. The computer said another dealer did the software update; however, my car said otherwise. There was no hassle, and the service department did the update. Hollie went above and beyond when she contacted the Acura Rep. to waive the diagnostic charge. My car was brought to the front of the service area where I was given a bottle of water, a piece of chocolate and a survey to complete if I wished to do so. I was surprised by the level of service I received as well as competent service to my auto. Yes, I will be back. Things have changed for the better in the many years I have owned a car. More
