I recently purchased a used '14 from Daniel Strajna whom was one of the most genuine sales people I've had the opportunity to work with. When I dropped my 2014 ILX off for service to prep for a long trip it was my lunch hour. Paige took time to review my concern and made sure I was aware that her goal was to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. As well, we have an additional vehicle at home so I did not need the loaner car. Paige arranged to have one of the team take me home so I could get back to work; I made it back to work w/in an hour and my office is 25 min from the Dealership. I feel very blessed to have made at the perfect time, and more so, that Paige, Daniel and Brock (our Finance Rep) have taken such good care of us! I visited many dealerships before making my purchase, and my husband and I just had a poor experience with his 2013 Nissan that we purchased new. They are very conscientious of my time, and got me on my way in less time than promised when I was in getting a new key fob programmed. I told him if I didn't take the loaner, that I would have to leave by 10, and promptly at 10, they were finished. When I made the appointment, I reserved a loaner as I was told it would take a couple hours. But when I checked in, I was told by Matt that he could probably get me out so that I wouldn't have to come back later. Their waiting area is very nice with free easy accessible WiFi. Another time I came in to have the tire repair kit refilled with sealant, and their parts guys were very friendly, and took care of me very efficiently. Love this place! More

I've always held that everyone makes mistakes; it's how the situation is handled when they happen that that differentiates the good from the bad. Courtesy Acura is no exception - they have definitely made some mistakes during the 6+ years I've serviced with them. But each and every time they work diligently to rectify the situation as best possible, and have never even attempted to charge additional. Hollie is one of the main reasons I keep coming to Courtesy. She knows I like to get very technical on the issues and repairs, and never fails to deliver without me even needing to ask. She will direct work to the best technician for specific jobs knowing how particular I am. She constantly acts as an excellent bridge between me and the service I need. More
