Because I own a 10+ year old car, I didn't exactly expect red carpet service. What I got blew my expectations away! I felt treated no differently than had I brought in a brand. new $60k car. Matt's professsionalism and friendly nature was top notch and the services he's done for my car have truly been done in a red carpet fashion. Integrity. Even when it hurts I first came to Courtesy Acura to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked good, and the price was great so I purchased it, contingent u I first came to Courtesy Acura to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked good, and the price was great so I purchased it, contingent upon my mechanic taking a look to see if everything under the hood was solid. Once I took it to my mechanic, I was told that there was a problem with the steering rack and pinion leaking (over a $1000 job). Frustrated I took the car back to Courtesy Acura. I dealt with Matt who was an absolute professional. Not only did he replace the steering rack and pinion free of charge, He also put me up in a new acura for a week while they worked on it! About a month later I was having problems turning my steering wheel. I suspected it was the newly installed steering rack and pinion, so once again I took it back to Courtesy Acura frustrated. Again I dealt with Matt, and again I was treated fairly. They replaced the whole rack and pinion again free of charge! About a week after dropping my car off with them I got a call from Matt and he told me that they were not satisfied with the 2nd install, and so they replaced the rack and pinion a third time. Courtesy Acura is the complete opposite of what I expected from a car dealership. They stand behind their work, and their promises no matter what. They have absolute class and will always treat you with respect. They hold themselves to a high standard in everything they do, even when it hurts. They did thousands of dollars of work on my car, and because the problem was original to the car, I didn't pay a penny. My vehicle is working great and I am so grateful to Matt and the rest of Courtesy Acura for their integrity. If you want a car dealership that stands behind their product, and puts the customer first, there is none better. Courtesy Acura has by business for life. More

Fast and Full service Today I took my car into Courtesy Acura for an oil change and was delighted with their service. They quoted 1 1/2 hours but were finished in 1 hour. Today I took my car into Courtesy Acura for an oil change and was delighted with their service. They quoted 1 1/2 hours but were finished in 1 hour. My car was washed and vacuumed - better than the local car wash which charges me $20 - for free! The waiting room has all kinds of beverages and snacks and I was able to work using their internet almost as well as I can from my office. When they brought my car back to me, there was a cold bottle of water and some chocolate waiting for me. Everyone was polite and professional. They checked the car over and provided detailed info about tire life, battery status, what maintenance would be recommended next. Very happy with their service! More
