Over-the-Top satisfaction with our most recent visit. Our 2012 RDX with Tech Package experienced a technology failure unexpected for the vehicle with only 14k miles on it. But Courtesy's repair departmen Our 2012 RDX with Tech Package experienced a technology failure unexpected for the vehicle with only 14k miles on it. But Courtesy's repair department went overboard to secure the part right away when so many were on backorder, then completed the repairs and testing within three days. This was after expecting a three-month wait period. Kudos to Stuart and others at Courtesy for coming through for us in a HUGE way! More

My latest service experience I have owned three Acuras because they have met my driving needs and I have received such good technical support and servicing from Courtesy Acura and I have owned three Acuras because they have met my driving needs and I have received such good technical support and servicing from Courtesy Acura and in particular, from Hollie Walters. Due to my short stature, the proper fit of a motor vehicle is crucial for safety and drive ability for me. Recently the steering column adjust-ability failed, so I brought the car in for repair. Hollie listened intently and carefully to what my needs and what the existing problem was, hoping to be able to solve the issue. Seeing that it is a low mileage 2002 Acura RL, she exhaustively tried to find replacement parts, both new or used, that would solve the problem. In a months time she found three used parts that all failed, despite their best efforts to resolve the problem. During this period, Hollie made numerous calls to me to update me on the progress of the repair. Each time she clearly explained what problems were encountered and how they were trying to resolve them. Her concern and care for my situation came through loud and clear to me that my car and my problems were important to her. Finally they were able to ameliorate the problem, so that I am able to drive my car. I am sincerely grateful for all the time and effort spent by Hollie and the Courtesy Service Crew on my behalf. More
