They are teammates that helped each other to make sure I was satisfied with the repairs on my car. I was given a loaner vehicle without even asking. They are very welcoming as well. Even thought they are very busy with many clients they remembered me without having to remind them of the issue. Lastly, they looked into the service history for my car and they were able to utilize the past to help diagnose my sensor issue. Thanks again! More

He discussed the estimated cost, which was reasonable, and discussed the expected tiime for repairs, also reasonable. Took advantage of the coffee machine and had myself a nice cappucino while I waited. Stuart contacted me to inform me that the repair was completed, (15 Minutes earlier than expected). Stuart fixed me up with a bottle of water and a chocolate, and sent me on my way. (With a freshly washed car.) Me very happy with the service and the results. If i happen to need service from this facility again, I will no doubt ask for Stuart to facilitate the procedure. Thankd again for the speedy and courteous service. TM More
Good Service Came in with no notice and no appointment because my MDX's anti-theft system was freaking out -- had decided I was stealing it. Kept me updated consistently over the next three days while they tried to diagnose the problem, which disappeared on its own the 2nd day. Never discovered the issue ... Unfortunate for an $88 diagnostic fee ... But I have no doubt they diligently looked for it, and appreciate how they kept me informed of the progress. More

I began working with Paige directly about a year a I've been doing business with Courtesy Acura for many years and have always enjoyed the experience. I began working with Paige directly about a year ago (after my previous service advisor left) and she's been great to work with as well! She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle is serviced properly and that any issues are resolved - even the dreaded intermittent rattle that takes forever to figure out :). The lease on this vehicle is up and if I decide to go with another MDX, it will be in large part because of the way Paige has handled the service for the current one. Paige is truly an asset to the Courtesy Acura team! More

I brought in two Acuras fo The word "fantastic service" applies to both the car they are taking care of and the way they treat the owners of the car! I brought in two Acuras for service within the space of ten days, and both times I was treated exceptionally well. Stuart made sure he knew what I wanted, and he arranged for the work to be done on time and he kept me in the loop each day my car was in his hands. Both times I needed a ride home and both Bobbi and Matt did a great job with that. I never had to wait any time at all--I was extremely satisfied and will be back! Bob Pomeroy More

Oil changes are ty The Littleton Courtesy Acura dealership continues to deliver superior service every time I take my TL in for scheduled maintenance. Oil changes are typically done very quickly and while you wait there is a complimentary coffee/ latte machine, water, snacks and fresh baked goods. Comfortable waiting area with a large screen TV and when your car is ready, it is meticulously cleaned inside and out and they even leave a little piece of chocolate on the center console! The service dept. staff is honest with no high pressure sales. I would HIGHLY recommend Littleton Acura to anyone in need of Honest, Excellent service. More
