I called Connor and left a message - when I got to Littleton I went straight to Courtesy service - Connor came out ran a check on my battery which indicated a new one was need and an hour later I was on my way home with a new battery and a clean car from a week on the road. Repairs that were made when they put a chip in my paint They took it to a body shop and had the deep chip repaired that was done when I went in for an oil change. It looks new and at no cost to me. Powertrain issues Paige was excellent. Our problem was addressed and repairs were covered under warranty. She also discovered a recall notice for the shock absorbers. Paige was excellent. Routine 60K Mile Maintenance Paige was terrific; so friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything they were doing and kept me informed of progress. I felt like she was personally interested in my having a good experience. I was given a loaner MDX and 2 warnings appeared the first day. When I called, she offered to send a car to me. I felt safe enough to drive the car back to the dealership and Paige had another car ready to go. I feel very confident that all of the work is quality and that I'm good to go for quite awhile now. Love the water and chocolate treat...a nice touch! More
