Ran out of loaners and Randy fixed it I had reserved a loaner car and when I arrived, they had run out. In less than 10 minutes, I was out the door with a car to use for the day. Amazing service Matt is amazing with his customer service. He has the people and knowledge to get the job done. It’s done right the first time as well. He is the only person I take my Honda or Acura to for service. If I could give him a 50 star review I would. I have referred friends to him and everyone says the same thing. She provided all of the information needed to help with my tire purchase and servicing required for my MDX. She helped me stay within budget and kept me up to date throughout the day because the tires had to be delivered. She is courteous, extremely polite and very knowledgeable with all of her customers. The tech did a great job - I was there a bit longer than originally planned but my car drives like a dream so it was worth it! The service techs are thorough and precise-well worth the wait! Thank you Paige for a great experience-again!!! More

From the moment I encountered my time with Paige, over a lingering noise that had started a year ago, I knew I was in good hands. She was warm, welcoming and understanding to my needs. She greeted me with a smile and followed up frequently with an "update" while my the service team was diagnosing the intermittent sound in my engine. She never made me feel rushed and wanted to make sure they did all they could to find the issue. I was offered a rental car for the time I was put out of my vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with Paige's service that I had brought her a Starbucks Gift Card as a token of my appreciation. I also had a chance to visit with Eric who handled my car on the parts team and he was very helpful too! Courtesy Acura Denver - keep up the great work! More
Support I have a 2007 Acura RDX that I brought in for recall service to Courtesy I called in advance and got a loaner car at no additional cost, the service w I have a 2007 Acura RDX that I brought in for recall service to Courtesy I called in advance and got a loaner car at no additional cost, the service was quick and efficient, but the best part was the support and communication that I received from the service rep. Ashley. She was knowledgable, quick, asked the questions that made sure I got what I needed but not what I didn't and kept in communication with me so that I knew what was happening at all times. When I return the the loaner and picked up my car I accidently forgot my water bottle in the car and even though it was beat up and old she took the time to contact me and put it somewhere so that I could pick it up at my convenience, I live far away so was not able to get right back but as soon as I did she saw me and made sure that I got it. Thanks for going the extra mile it matters. More
