I came without an appointment, but was promptly met and signed. Shane Madison was my consultant. He got the info and told me the service would take about and hour or a little more. This included the routine checkup of fluid levels, etc., plus the complimentary car wash which is done very nicely. The service was complete in one hour and ten minutes. The car was returned shiny and looking brand new. I wish to give Courtesy and Shane the highest marks. I will always bring the car back to them for service. JC More

Don’t buy from this dealership! They sold me a lemon! This dealership sold me a lemon! Acura’s were found to have defective hands free links that kill the battery and they failed to reveal that when I pur This dealership sold me a lemon! Acura’s were found to have defective hands free links that kill the battery and they failed to reveal that when I purchased it! I have purchased 6 batteries in the last 4 years and they kept telling me it was a defective battery! I now have to live with paying for a new battery every 5-6 months or risk getting stranded! Disconnecting the hands free link will disconnect the whole panel including the heater, radio and air! Buyer Beware!!!! They will scam you too! More

I currently own two RDX vehicles a 2010 RDX and a 2017 R I purchased my first Acura in 2006 from Dennis and have bought two more since then from him. I currently own two RDX vehicles a 2010 RDX and a 2017 RDX and my wife and I love them. Every time we go in for service we are both treated like royalty. People call us by our names, the service is out standing. They always go above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Dennis is the best in the business. Matt always goes above and beyond in the service department. Connor is great. I would highly recommend that you ask for these gentlemen on your visit to Courtesy Acura, you will be glad you did. More

Great Service I came in for an oil change on my RDX with no appointment scheduled. Turns out my vehicle was also due for a rear differential fluid drain/refill.
