Dennis to the Rescue! We are driving our 5th Acura purchased from Courtesy and we continue to be glad to do business with these folks. A few weeks ago we brought our 2104 M We are driving our 5th Acura purchased from Courtesy and we continue to be glad to do business with these folks. A few weeks ago we brought our 2104 MDX in for service. Work was done as promised. One item I mentioned upon dropping the car off for service was that the key fobs were not working as they had been previously. They located a service bulletin to fix the problem. The car's bumper to bumper warranty had expired in March however the car only has 36,000 miles so Acura agreed to fix the problem at their expense as soon as the parts arrived (estimated cost without Courtesy Acura's intervention: $1,200. I had some issues in speaking to the correct person to get the job done a few weeks later, so I emailed Dennis Craig whom we purchased the car through 4 years ago. Though he was on vacation, Dennis got to the bottom of the problem (which was really a communications problem) and within 24 hours I had a call from the assistant service manager (Connor Thomas) to set up my appointment to get the problem fixed. This kind of service is why we will continue to do business with both Courtesy and Dennis! More

I'm questioning this explanation because I heard break squeak before and this is not a squeaky break (new car don't come with squeaky break). More
