Doing the right thing This was at least my third time coming back for a knocking sound that wont seem to go away. This started about a year ago after I had my brakes done This was at least my third time coming back for a knocking sound that wont seem to go away. This started about a year ago after I had my brakes done (rotors machined and pads replaced). Each time I have brought the car in they have provided me with a free loaner car to use and they have tried to fix the issue without charging me. This last time they even replaced both rotors to try and get to the root of the issue. They once again did not try to charge me. I am very pleased they are doing the right thing for me. I have not heard the sound again and I am very pleased it seems to be fixed. I have been an Acura owner for over 10 years and the customer experience is one of the reasons I will continue to be an Acura owner for many more. More

Incredible experience The new facilities and amenities make the trip for service more like a trip to your local executive suite then a trip to an Acura dealer. First class The new facilities and amenities make the trip for service more like a trip to your local executive suite then a trip to an Acura dealer. First class service and staff for a very reasonable and comparable rate I would expect to pay at a non-dealer location. Additionally, the service is quick and my vehicle always comes back cleaner than when I drop it off. I am absolutely confident referring anyone with an Acura to Chris and his team. More
Post Sale Service I purchased a Certified used Acura in 2014 along with a maintenance package. I recently went in for a regularly scheduled oil change. The serice age I purchased a Certified used Acura in 2014 along with a maintenance package. I recently went in for a regularly scheduled oil change. The serice agent was respectful and efficient. The staff noticed a slight leak in a tire and was able to quickly repair it while I waited along with the standard oil change and tire rotation. Having the car cleaned as part of the package is a very nice plus. I have been very pleased with the service organization. More

Matt was excellent and explained how their Uber/Lyft program works so you don't have to wait for a shuttle..nice service. I ended up waiting b/c it was only an oil change, but the whole experience was great! They even put me back into my clean car with a cold bottled water and a peppermint patty! That's service! More
