Poor Coordination I scheduled a tow package install two weeks prior and at the end of the day it was supposed to be done, I was told that they had to order a part to fi I scheduled a tow package install two weeks prior and at the end of the day it was supposed to be done, I was told that they had to order a part to finish the job. They had two weeks to order all the parts necessary and some one dropped the ball. The other part that was bad was I called twice that day to get updates on the status, no one returned my calls. Eventually I received a text at the end of the day to tell me that my car was not going to be done until the next day. When I called the next day to get a status report, again, no one answered and when they finally called back, they called to tell me that it was going to take another day. This was not acceptable as I was going on a two week vacation. They eventually got it finished on day two. This was my first time giving the service department my business and they majorly failed. What should've been a one day job took two full days. I had my schedule set up acccordingly and because of this mistake I was inconvenienced. I understand if it was major work being done but this was a straight forward tow package install. With all that being said, Connor Thomas, did try to make things right by giving me a small credit/refund on the service performed. I am giving them another chance as I am having other work performed. More

Oil change. I had a 630am appointment. I text my service memeber asking if the car was ready at 9am. Never heard back so I drove to the dealership. I received a t I had a 630am appointment. I picked up my car around 1030 without my car being worked on. I made an appointment for 630 not noon. More
