Andrew was great, he took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure to close a deal. We spent all my time checking out all the 2019 MDX's on the lot, test driving a unit. Another upsell Service department was clean and on schedule. Only problem was the attempt to upsell sell me on transmission and differential service which was "re Service department was clean and on schedule. Only problem was the attempt to upsell sell me on transmission and differential service which was "recommended" by Honda at 30,000 miles. I declined, got home, read my owner's guide to find that my RDX will tell me when these are required. Thankfully it was a rather soft sell, unlike when I purchased the car and nearly walked out after telling the closing agent that I didn't want to buy an extended warranty for the third time! More
