So I My 1st service appointment on 11/27/2108 canceled at 7:04am, about 2hours before my appointment because they did not have a loaner car available. So I had to reschedule it a week later. My 2nd service appointment at 9am on 12/5/2018 was confirmed by the service manager Conner a day before, but they called me again at 7:13am on the appointment day and canceled it due to the same reason from the last week. I was upset and asked them to offer me something reimbursing my inconvenience. The person who called asked his manager, and offered me $15 service coupon. I felt like the value of their reputation or caring for their customer is only $15. Due to its cheap offer, I refused their offer and notified them that I will report to Acura head quarter for their poor service. After hanging up the phone call, I changed my another schedules since I would not go the area where the dealership locates, then I emailed Conner to explain what happened. He offered me still to come for my original appointment then he would get me a loaner car. Since I changed my another schedules, I was not able to go there. However it was another unfortunate that their service department did not try hard for me and simply canceled my appointments twice while Conner was able to get me a loaner car. On my 3rd appointment, I was stupidly expected that they at least mention for the previous incidents and apologize my inconvenience, but did not happen at all. Moreover the loaner car that I got on my 3rd appointment still had child car seat on the back, probably forgotten by the previous customer. It seems like they do not even take a look at the car before giving out. I thanked God it was just car seat but not hazardous object. More

I also had a good experience when a tire was low and they put air in the tire and washed the car out of courtesy. However, when it became clear that I had To possibly get the tires replaced, the quote I received was for a different tire than I actually got. Tires are fine, but I expect correct information up front. And I expect that to be pointed out and explained to me upon checkout. The appointment took over 2 hours for tire replacement. Way too long. My husband found Mike challenging to communicate with during the process. Then, the morning after getting the new tires, I noticed a large amount of grease on all 4 tires. No one bothered to clean it off. I had to back to get it cleaned off. I expect much more from a dealership when I paid over $50k for a car. The person who helped me by cleaning off the tires was the bright spot in this experience. I wish I could remember his name. More

Great service offered by Courtesy. I found out Michelle is back, who helped service my car from when I started coming to Courtesy over 7 years ago. Michelle always explains what needs to be done and makes sure it gets done. She offers fantastic customer service. More

Alec maintained correspondence with me all day as we reviewed the car and decided what should be worked on. I opted out of a loaner so I could get the work done on Saturday, but Alec suggested I get one and made it happen on short notice. The car was practically professionally detailed when I picked it up. The team was so nice to my 4 year-old son as he checked out the cars in the bay. They pointed him towards the lounge for snacks and another employee, Lou, even gave him a Hot Wheels car! Vanessa wasn't even my service manager and she quickly fielded questions when Alec was with another customer. Outstanding! More
