1st service on my MDX, not completely happy. The service rep was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I’d give her five stars. However the service (oil change, tire rotation and balance) was ver The service rep was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I’d give her five stars. However the service (oil change, tire rotation and balance) was very expensive, took over 1 1/2 hours and not completed at 100%. what dealer would rotate and balance tires and not check air pressure in the tires. It is kind of Annoying to have to stop at a gas station and fill up your tires when you just spent $100 on service. It doesn’t seem like rocket science to make sure tires are correctly inflated before performing service on them. More
