Alec Ernce found an opening for service where there seemed to be none available. Matt Sheridan worked closely with the service technician at the appointment time Alec set up. Matt oversaw the service activities and kept me informed of the technicians findings and what was needed to solve the problem. A critical part had to be brought in from Dallas. Matt was able to have the part available the next morning. Michelle confirmed arrival of the part needed and worked with the technician assigned the following day for a perfect installation. Service complete. These three service consultants demonstrated excellent professionalism with a positive attitude !! More

Mistake corrected About 4 weeks ago I had my RDX regular maintenance preformed. While there Courtsey mechanics suggested that I needed front brakes. They also indicated that my rear brakes were fine and showed me a diagramed printout. A few days ago my wife said she heard a squeaking sound/metal on metal. I made an online appointment and drove to Bway Courtsey Acura. The tech,Alec, was extremely helpful. He as well as other mechanics could not explain what had occurred. They offered to replace the brakes at 1/2 the cost. I wasn’t happy be agreed. They also fixed the software that controls the Gas Cap. It displayed “Opened”. Alec was extremely apologetic and courteous. His willingness to help was the main reason that I will continue to have my RDX serviced at Courtsey Acura. More
