Great Service-as always! I scheduled my MDX for an appointment to be fixed because of a low grinding noise. Alec (a.k.a Enrique). provides awesome service as always! He arranged for a loaner and kept me informed until the problem was identified. He provided warranty information do I know when my extended one kicks in. The service technician identified the problem, fixed it and replaced dome other parts I needed as well. All within the same day! Thankfully it was nothing too serious and I’m very appreciative of the service technician recommendations to prevent the issue from happening again. Warranty work for rattle I had to take my MDX in twice for identifying a rattle in the mid-cabin. Ac compresor Had an amazing experience with this service center, Alec went out of his way to help me with replacing my ac compressor. The issue started when I was living in Las Vegas two years ago. I had been going to the delearship in Vegas for eight years at that point and unfortunately they kept failing to follow through to help me fix the issue. Moving here I wasn’t sure if I continue to use Acura delearships for my service needs BUT once I found this service center that all changed. I’m so happy to have my AC fixed for the upcoming summer and a road trip as I roll 200k in my 2007 TSX. Alec and the service team at Courtesy Acura has restored my faith in the brand. More
